I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Seattle’s Madison Valley neighborhood. I work with adolescents, adults and couples. Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or finding it difficult to relate to yourself or others, psychotherapy can help you grow and change.

I also offer family mediation, which is a specialized way for separating parents or family members to think together, listen to one another and craft collaborative and healthy ways forward.
